Every piece from Element Clay Studio is created, handled, and packed with care. Please review the information below before placing your order. Questions are always welcome at [email protected].
The Work
Each piece is individually made by hand. Subtle variations in dimension, surface, color, and form are inherent to the process and are part of the character of the work. All dimensions are approximate.
Ready-to-ship works are photographed individually whenever noted. Made-to-order works are created in the spirit of the piece shown and will exhibit natural variations from the reference images.
Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary UPS Ground shipping is included with domestic purchases unless otherwise noted. Ready-to-ship works leave the studio within 2–5 business days. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Shipping timelines for made-to-order and commissioned work are noted on the individual product page or provided at the time of purchase.
Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Please contact the studio prior to purchase for availability and pricing.
International Orders
International shipping is calculated at checkout and shipped via UPS. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import charges assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing and delivery times vary by destination and are outside the control of Element Clay Studio.
Returns
Ready-to-ship work may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact the studio before sending the work back.
Returned work must be in its original condition and securely packaged in its original packaging. A prepaid return shipping label and packing instructions will be provided.
Once the work has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Made-to-order, commissioned, custom, and Seconds work are final sale. Deposits on commissioned and custom work are non-refundable.
Damage in Transit
Every work is carefully packed for shipment. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the studio immediately and retain all original packaging.
Photographs of the work, packaging, and shipping box may be requested to assist with the carrier claim. Each situation will be evaluated individually, and an appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances.
Trade Purchases
Trade orders may include terms specific to the purchasing designer, firm, or project. Any additional terms provided on an estimate or invoice will supersede the general policies above where applicable.
