Strata
Guided by the quiet geometry of stone and shifting earth, Strata is a low, sculptural oval formed from marbled porcelain and black stoneware. Its points rise softly along the rim, creating a landscape-like silhouette that echoes the layered patterns of sediment and carved terrain.
Delicate marbling in white, charcoal, and deep brown moves across the surface with a natural, fluid rhythm. Hand-built slowly using a mixed-clay technique, this piece is high-fired, lightly honed, and sealed with a food-safe acrylic finish. Its refined presence makes it a striking standalone artwork or functional centerpiece.
