Studio Second - Black Porcelain Hydrangea Wall Tile
Ships within 1–3 business days.
Hand-sculpted from black porcelain, this large Hydrangea wall tile features a densely layered botanical surface inspired by the clustered forms of hydrangea blooms.
Measuring approximately 8 1/2" square by 2 1/2" deep, the piece is high-fired and left unglazed, revealing the natural matte surface of the porcelain.
Studio Second
This piece is offered as a studio second due to more gray tonal variation than intended during firing, as well as cracking on the back of the piece. The cracks have been stabilized, sealed, and sanded smooth and are not visible when the sculpture is displayed. Neither affects the appearance of the sculpted front.
Because of these imperfections, this piece is offered at 30% off its regular retail price.
An angled hanging hole is incorporated into the back for secure installation. Hardware, installation instructions, and care instructions are included.
